On the beach off of Shore Dr between W Great Neck Rd (old McDonald’s) & Delta Hotel. Beach access at end of W Great Neck Rd (turn right on sand). If entering beach from Delta Hotel area, turn left on sand. (Street parking available by old McDonald’s, along side streets, & across Shore Dr)
(Note: Outdoor classes are often subject to change based on the unpredictability of the weather. If a change is required, updates will be posted on announcements below an hour before start time.)

I am a college psychology instructor and a Duke and National Board Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, who does group and 1-1 sessions. My business, Vibrant with Vic, was created to integrate my knowledge of psychology and coaching with my training in yoga to help people live more vibrant lives ✨
